There was no delete or edit button in the background, if there was i still wouldnt be able to do anything it just got stuck with a blank 3d head model. And then i spotted a little icon in the top right corner to the left of the star icon (i think). WebOptions. So as long as you soon it out so that all of the head is showing you can place the markers on the next stage onto the face and it will still work.
