WebI’m currently almost 14 weeks pregnant and although my constant nausea has subsided, I now have headaches nearly EVERY DAY. I always have one cup of coffee. I snack all day long and drink a ton of water. I even started taking magnesium because my prenatals don’t have high enough. I heard it helps but it’s not. I get decent sleep. It could just be regular headaches and if that is the case, 4head, paracetamol and resting when you are able should help.
